Bow Tie Pasta with Chicken and Steamed Artichoke Hearts
1.) Cook bow-tie (farfalle) pasta – save H20
2.) 2T olive oil
¾ lb chicken breast, cubes
Cook for five minutes
3.) Heat Melissa’s Produce Steamed Artichoke Hearts in the microwave for two minutes
4.) Add spinach, artichoke hearts, grape tomatoes (cut in half) and pasta
Cook one minute
5.) Add ½ c. cream, salt and ¼ c. water in which pasta cooked
Heat thoroughly

The steamed beets are delicious in green leafy salads. I like to sprinkle the salad with Feta cheese.
